Return Policy 

YRX Boots are a labor of love. So it is important to us that you to love your boots! If you’ve ordered the wrong size or have any other issue, you can return your order for free so as long:

1. Your items are unworn, undamaged, in re-sellable condition (i.e. no creases or wear on soles), and in their original packaging.

2. Your return request is submitted within 15 days of receiving your original order.

3. Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, boots bought one sale or discount cannot be refunded.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.

Want an Exchange?

If the size you received does not fit you, or you do not love the color-way you bought, we are happy to help you return them for store credit in order to reorder the correct size/color and make sure you are more than happy with your purchase at YRX:

- Free exchanges are offered within the contiguous U.S. if merchandise was bought at regular-price and not on sale or discount. Plus, your boots must be unworn and brand new. Only one free exchange per order.

- Exchange requests must be made within 15 days of receiving your boots. Requests after this point will be denied.

International Return

For international returns outside of the contiguous USA, please indicate on package "RETURN, NO DUTIES" or your package will be returned to you. We unfortunately cannot take responsibility for duties and customs. If you choose to return your product and you are based outside of the United States, we will not be responsible for any duties/customs that you have paid. Free returns and exchanges are only offered within the US. If you are an international customer, please note that international shipping costs are non-refundable and will not be covered by YRX.

Defective/Flawed Boot

We stand behind the quality of our boots. If you experience any material or craftsmanship flaw, please do not hesitate to contact us at support@yrxboots.com so that our customer support team can assist.

Lost Package?

For packages that may have been lost in transit, we will wait 7-10 days after the original delivery date to see if the package arrives late. Giving that extra time often allows time for the shipper or customer to locate the package and get it out for re-delivery.

We offer brand new, high quality and state of the art boots. Depending on various displays (computer, mobile, tablet, etc.) there may be a little acceptable difference in color or shape between photos of products. We do our best to describe products as accurately and authentically as possible.

YRX Boots are a labor of love, we ship them directly to you & cut out the ridiculous mark-ups of other brands. We have tested our boots in the toughest conditions we could find.
